Available Testing
Skin Prick Testing
Skin prick testing diagnoses allergies by applying allergens to the skin and checking for raised bumps within 15-20 minutes.
Food Challenges
This testing involves eating specific foods under medical supervision to confirm or rule out food allergies.
Intradermal Testing
Intradermal testing injects allergen under the skin which is used specifically for drug and antibiotic allergy testing.
Drug Challenges
We can safely assess allergic reactions to medications under controlled, supervised conditions.
Biological Therapies
We can safely administer biological therapies for Rheumatoid and Psoriatic Arthritis.
At Suncoast Immunology and Allergy, we offer treatments for allergic and immunologic conditions. These include Immunotherapy Desensitisation and Venom Immunotherapy to help patients build tolerance to allergens.
We also provide biologic therapies such as Xolair, Dupilumab, and Mepolizumab to assist with managing a variety of allergic conditions and allergies.
